Vacation Club Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort now open
The new Villas at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa had their grand opening on Oct. 23, 2013. This marks Disney’s 12th Vacation Club resort. The Villas, located near Disney’s Wedding Pavilion, feature its own lobby. Although designed for Disney Vacation Club (DVC) members, if available, non-members may also rent in The Villas.

Disney invites guests to show their ‘Disney Side’ with new promotional campaign
Disney has revealed what looks to be their 2014 promotional campaign for the theme parks, entitled “Show Your Disney Side.” This campaign should run through 2014, replacing the “Limited Time Magic” campaign that is running through the end of 2013. The two will run simultaneously until then.

Disney to debut new Disability Access Service Cards, replacing Guest Assistance Cards
In order to help make attractions at Walt Disney World and Disneyland more accessible to all guests including those with disabilities, Disney will be replacing the current Guest Assistance Card on Oct. 9, 2013 with the new Disability Access Service Card.
