Disney Springs is entering its next era — here’s what’s changing this summer
Disney Springs is undergoing a series of changes this summer, with major additions including the opening of Level99, the upcoming debut of Six Ravens, and new entertainment and dining offerings throughout the district. At the same time, guests will notice operational updates such as expanded transportation verification procedures and the disappearance of longtime offerings like the Disney Springs food trucks.

Disney Springs has always evolved, but this summer’s changes aren’t your average updates.
New at Disney Springs
The arrival of Level99 and Six Ravens points toward a future built around immersive experiences and distinctive local flavors. At the same time, transportation procedures are becoming more restrictive, offerings like the Disney Springs food trucks have disappeared, and new entertainment continues the legacy of this modern destination.
From what guests can expect to what’s already gone, here’s how Disney Springs is entering its next era.
New attraction: Level99
Level99, opening June 29, represents one of the most ambitious additions to Disney Springs in years. The interactive venue blends physical challenges, puzzles, and competitive games in a way that feels closer to a modern attraction than a traditional entertainment offering.
Attractions Magazine previously reported that the Disney Springs location will be Level99’s largest venue to date, featuring 63 challenge rooms, player-versus-player duels, original artwork, and a two-story dining space.

New dining
From Coffyns to citrus popcorn, Disney Springs is expanding its snack scene.
Disney Springs is also introducing several new food offerings this summer. Six Ravens, the upcoming concept from the team behind Gideon’s Bakehouse, will specialize in grab-and-go Coffyns, house-made yeast rolls stuffed with savory fillings inspired by Medieval European pastry traditions. The menu is also expected to include smashed potatoes served with dipping sauces and local beers developed in partnership with Orlando favorites Sideward Brewing and The Ravenous Pig.
No official opening date has been announced, but all communication has slated Six Ravens to open this summer.

Elsewhere at Disney Springs, Morimoto Asia has opened the new Kakigori Kool cart, serving Japanese-style shaved ice topped with fruity syrups and additions such as fresh pineapple and strawberry popping boba.
Goofy’s Candy Company is also preparing to debut a create-your-own popcorn experience, allowing guests to choose from caramel, buttered, and Disney Springs-exclusive orange citrus popcorn before adding drizzles and candy mix-ins. You can find this sweet shop in the Marketplace section of Disney Springs near Rainforest Cafe.

This enhancement to Goofy Candy Co. follows Main Street Confectionery’s revamp from five years ago, when customizable popcorn was introduced to the Magic Kingdom.
Some familiar offerings are disappearing
Not every change involves something new.
The Disney Springs food trucks, once a staple near the West Side featuring rotating concepts and quick-service options, have exited the district. Their departure marks the end of another chapter as Disney Springs reallocates space for other experiences.

Meanwhile, Ghirardelli Soda Fountain & Chocolate Shop is preparing for a major renovation beginning in 2027, temporarily relocating operations to the former Sprinkles cupcake shop (then Crazyshake briefly) later this summer.
New rules for getting around
Anyone visiting Disney Springs should also be aware of new transportation verification procedures beginning June 28.
Those boarding Disney Resort buses or the Sassagoula River Cruise from Disney Springs will be asked to provide proof of a resort stay or a qualifying dining or experience reservation at their destination resort.
The next era of Disney Springs is taking shape through a combination of new experiences, updated operations, and changing traditions. As the district evolves, each visit may offer something different than the last.
