We were invited by the Spooky Empire horror convention in Orlando to a screening of “Ghostbusters – Answer the Call”, and I liked the re-boot better than the original movies. I know my opinion is going to be the unpopular choice by far, but keep in mind that I’m 17, and this movie was definitely created to introduce the franchise to the new generations.
It’s no longer a secret how great “The Secret Life of Pets” is. I went in expecting just another cute movie, and it definitely was cute, but it also had me guessing what was gonna happen next and how the characters were going to get out of each situation. It’s a great movie for the whole family.
Director Steven Spielberg and Disney have finally combined forces to bring you a big screen story of The BFG (Big Friendly Giant). Although it’s a cute story and very visually appealing, it stalls half-way through before picking up steam again.
As a kid who grew up watching “Finding Nemo”, 13 years was definitely a long time to wait for a sequel, but “Finding Dory” definitely delivered.
